Конусные дробилки серии PYF широко используются в металлургической, строительной, дорожной, химической отрасли и пригодны для дробления всех видов руд и скальных пород со средней и вышесредней плотностью.
Данную установку отличают высокий коэффициент дробления, отличная производительность, высокая пропускная способность, низкие финансовые затраты, простое управление и экономичная работа.
Высокое качество исходного сырья и соответствующая конструкция оборудования способствует длительному сроку службы и равнозернистому продукту на выходе вдобавок к низкой циркуляционной нагрузке; более того, применяя систему гидравлическую систему очистки камеры дробления в средних и больших дробилках, соответственно снижается время простоя оборудования. Заказчик имеет возможность выбора различных типов камеры дробления в зависимости от его требований.
Данная установка снабжена системой уплотнения для консистентной смазки, которая предотвращает сбои в работе систем орошения и слива и возникновение дефектов при смешивании воды и масла. Система предохранительной пружины является защитой от перегрузы в работе и предотвращает возникновение поломок в камере дробления по причине попадания инородных или металлосодержащих частиц.
Данная машина представлена в 2-х типах: стандартная и короткоконусная дробилка. Обычно, большая фракция исходного материала используется при введении в стандартную модель дробилки, что подразумевает больший размер камеры дробления. А более мелкий материал из-за наклонного конуса рассчитан на коротконусную дробилку, которая в свою очередь влияет на размер загрузочного отверстия, и соответственно более пригодна для производства высококачественного продукта. Поэтому стандартная модель в основном используется для средних и крупных минералов, а короткоконусная – для средних и мелкиз материалов.

Примечания:
1. Производительная способность, указанная в таблице в значительной степени зависит от размера приемного отверстия, типа камеры дробления, плотности материала, чистоты и влагосодержания.
2. минимальное разгрузочное отверстие может быть выполнено без учета опорной муфты. Это напрямую зависит от материала, и может быть изменено.
3. Производительная способность может быть достигнута только при условии открытой подачи, при прочности на сжатие от 140 до 150 Мпа, коэффициентом влагосодержания не более 4%; верхний и нижний продукт грохочения не более или менее 10%; нагрузка на двигатель 85-90% от полной загрузки равно как и равномерной однородной загрузке.
4. Высота установки включает раму подачи сырья
5. Четыре символа модели означают: первые два - 1/100 диаметра конуса дробилки, а остальные – 1/10 размера разгрузочного отверстия на открытой границе.
